Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM Mountain or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Once processed, most orders are shipped via USPS and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
Delays and Tracking
If there is a delay in your shipment, please refer to the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Return Policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we are unable to accept returns on sealed items. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at orders@verse.cards, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested before your order ships. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during your initial transaction.
To request a cancellation, email orders@verse.cards with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..." and include your order number in the email body.
